This is a special Feel Good Friday. It happens to be my fiancés birthday. He is away for work so we already had a mini celebration. When he returns home however, he can expect a batch of these baked alaska cupcakes waiting for him. He is obsessed with cupcakes & ice cream so these are perfect! Here is to hoping I can whip these up no problem this weekend!
