Feel Good Friday

What does yoga mean to you? TKV Desikachar gives a wonderful explanation of yoga in his book The Heart of Yoga that really resonates with me. "Yoga attempts to create a state in which we are always present-really present- in every action, in every moment." He continues to explore the benefits of attentiveness. It allows us to perform each task better while being conscious of our actions. This allows us not to be prisoners of our habits & repetition; rather embrace freshness & change. Practicing yoga=learning to live in the moment. Think about it.
