I ventured out of my NARS box & fell head over heels for YSL's Silky Sensual Radiant Lipstick. The bold color glides on smoothly with just one swipe, you heard right, one swipe. It tastes smells like a kiwi explosion on your lips. At $34.00 a pop you might be a bit hesitant, understandable. However, the long lasting color shines for hhhooouuurrrsss on end. No need to reapply! Perk, it also has SPF 15 in the formula.

Feel Good Friday- Osheaga

So excited to lace up my green fringe mocs & head to Montreal's music  festival, Osheaga. The 2012 lineup  has every musical bone in my body jumping for joy. The best part? I am going to to 'shake it out' tonight with my musical crush Florence.

Must Have Monday- What this mama needs

This Must Have Monday is dedicated to everything that makes me feel better. While most of the morning sickness has disappeared I still don't feel like my normal self. That is to be expected right? There is something wonderful growing inside of me!

1. The largest bottle of Bio-Oil I have ever seen. Thank you Costco. I use this yummy smelling liquid on my belly every evening. I did notice it stains clothing or bedding so you have to rub it in really good.

2. L'Occitane Shea Butter is my go to every morning belly moisturizer. It goes on light & smells dreamy. Hoping to eliminate the chance of stretch marks.

3. This purple box can be seen all over my house. It pops up next to my bed, on my desk, even in the car. These little guys are delish and soothe any tummy uneasiness.  

4. Tum-tasticular is what they should really be called. I pop these suckers like mentos. What more can you ask for from a fruity tablet that cures all heartburn?

Feel Good Friday- Yoga Time

Summer time means yoga time for me! I have the privilege of teaching at Hot Yoga Prana in Quebec City. This unique studio offers several style classes to meet all of your yoga needs. The studio is the only space in Quebec City where you can purchase lululemons fab goods. Living in a French dominated city I am so honored I am able to offer my classes in English.
